I think, Children are the most amazing creation of god. Most sophisticated, yet the most simple! Hard to care for, yet most adorable! Their innocent smile can tranquilize your pain faster than the most effective pain killers, their innocent acts can make you smile in the toughest situation.
In the recent times, I have seen a drastic change in the attitude of society. Children are no more assets, they have become commodity! Be it any section of society, children are being deprived of their childhood.
Three news that moved me the most:
1. Some terrorist outfits have children (yes I said children... and what I saw on screen, I cant explain here.. thanks to the insensitive TRP hungry media) trainees.
2. A few children were released from the captive where they were being made to work.
3. Children are now getting more entries into films and TV (daily soaps and ADs).
No point in discussing the first issue. They can act beyond our wildest dreams! But the second point. What happened to those poor children after they were released in front of the media? And children working in films and TV.... what about them? If washing dishes and making punctures for earning the daily bread is "CHILD LABOR", under what category do you keep those little actors?
Let the children, be children। Let them flourish. Let them grow. Let them learn. Dont try to make them earning machines. Preserve the innocence...
